1X DEAD PLATE IS NOT RAISED 
The 1X Deadplate is not in the proper position.

Possible Causes:
1) Low Air Pressure
2) Jammed mechanism
3) Deadplate detection sensor out of adjustment or damaged

Possible Solutions:
1) Check air pressure for machine
2)Make sure mechanism is not jammed
3) Verify sensor is operating properly for unit.
